Due to the perishable nature of our premium meats, Snake River Farms does not accept physical returns; however, we are committed to your total satisfaction and will provide a replacement or credit for any order that does not arrive in perfect condition.

Upon arrival, please immediately examine your package and verify that all items are present and still frozen or cold to the touch.
